Auction Terms and Conditions
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all auctions are conducted with reserve under applicable California law. We reserve the right to accept or reject any bid and to withdraw or cancel an auction at any time prior to final confirmation of sale.
All bids must be legitimate, bona fide offers. Any form of fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative bidding—including but not limited to fictitious bids or artificially inflated bidding activity—is strictly prohibited. In accordance with California law, any bid determined, in our sole judgment, to be erroneous, non-authentic, or in violation of these terms may be rejected or removed.
If an invalid bid is identified, the auction may be paused, cancelled, or restarted, or the item may be offered to the highest valid bidder at their last legitimate bid, as determined after removal of the invalid bid.
We are committed to conducting auctions in a manner that is fair, transparent, and compliant with California consumer protection laws, including prohibitions against deceptive practices. By participating, bidders acknowledge and agree that bid validation, auction status, and final disposition are subject to these terms and applicable law.
