The registration process in auctions helps establish a secure and organized environment, protects the interests of all parties involved, and facilitates effective communication between Sharks Pro Shop as the auction organizer and participants. It ensures transparency and helps maintain the credibility of the auction process.

Review the information in the listing for condition and details of the item (typically mentioned in the product description) as well as disclaimer to understand any unique requirements. Once you are ready to bid, enter your bid amount and click the PLACE MY BID button.

You will be notified via email if you have won. Check your notifications or email inbox regularly during and after the auction to see if you have been declared the winner.

You will then be notified by email with next steps to complete payment.

Each auction listing will display the bid ending date and time. You can monitor each product or the product you are bidding on by visiting the auction page

All sales are final. There are no returns, refunds or exchanges on auction items. Please carefully review the item before you make your bid.

it is not possible to cancel a bid once it has been placed in an auction. Bidding in an auction is considered a binding commitment, and participants are expected to honor their bids. It is crucial to carefully consider your bidding decisions before placing a bid to avoid potential complications.

When the auction closes, an order will be generated and payment steps will be sent via email. You will have 48 hours to complete the purchase. Please note that if we do not receive the payment by then, we will move on to the next highest bidder.
