ABOUT THE ARTIST:
Abraham Ortega, an East San Jose native and owner of Blacksuit Tattoo was chosen to create a special design for this year’s Cinco de Mayo festival at Emma Prusch Park. Ortega has been tattooing professionally for 24 years and has had a passion for art all of his life.
