At the Sharks Pro Shop we want to make returns easy and hassle free. We have a 60 day, no questions asked return policy and offer a pre paid return shipping label for your convenience.

You will need your order number and shipping zip code to complete the returns process.

Refunds:

Refunds are issued within 7 days of receiving your return back at our warehouse. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

Exchanges:

We offer size only exchanges where inventory permits. In the return process you will have the option to select an exchange if available.

Exchange items are shipped within 5 days of receiving your return at our warehouse

International Returns:

We accept international returns. Please visit our return portal to start the process.

Return Requirements:

Products must be returned with all original packaging and tags.
Apparel must be unworn and unwashed.
