SHIPPING

PROCESSING & DELIVERY HOURS:

We process, ship and deliver packages Monday through Friday. We do not offer delivery or shipping on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

PRE-ORDERED ITEMS:

Some items will not ship until a later date as indicated in the product description. Please make note of any products with future ship dates mentioned on the online product posting.

SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES:

Shipping fees depend upon the method of delivery. We currently offer several flat rate shipping options. Our current shipping fees are

Standard Shipping - 3 to 7 days transit time - $10.00

2 Day Shipping - 2 days transit time - $16.00

Overnight Shipping - 1 day transit time - $25.00

P.O. BOXES:

Shipments are delivered via UPS and we do not currently offer shipping to P.O Boxes. To avoid delays, please provide a valid street address for shipment.

PACKAGING & DELIVERY:

Orders are shipped in corrugated boxes or poly-mailers with a UPS Shipping label on them. There will be a copy of the receipt inside the package with your order. If customers are buying items as gifts, they can request that the receipt not be included in the package. Any and all packages that are shipped Standard UPS Ground are typically left at the door, porch, or gate at the UPS driver’s discretion. sharksproshop.com does not have any control in the discretion of the UPS driver.

  • Standard Delivery - 3 to 10 business days. Orders shipped using Standard Delivery will ship with UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. These will arrive within 3-10 business days from the shipping date.

Please note: All orders over $500 in value will ship with an adult signature requirement. An adult will need to be available to sign for these packages at the time of delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We can now ship to most countries from Sharks Pro Shop. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. You are responsible for all import fees, customs fees, duties & taxes. Note that estimated shipping & delivery times do not include the time it takes to clear customs.

CANADIAN ORDERS - ABOUT CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES:

When ordering SharksProShop.com merchandise, you’re responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to Canada.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of a Canadian shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are charged once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; SharksProShop.com has no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
