Here at the Sharks Pro Shop we work hard to offer you the widest selection of SJ Sharks Jerseys available. In order to do this we work with several 3rd party vendors to provide a complete selection of player and/or custom jerseys.

Please review the below information about our jerseys so that you know what to expect when you order a jersey.

Custom Jerseys

We offer fully customized Adidas and Fanatics jerseys. These are made to order and turnaround time will depend on order volume at the production facility.

Certain name and number combinations may not be not available.

Name and number combinations cannot include anything offensive and/or past players. 

 

Stitched Jerseys

Jerseys are stitched with tackle twill material. It is identical to what players wear on ice as well as theme night warm up jerseys.

 

Cancelling Jersey Orders.

You may request a cancellation of a jersey order up to 24 hours from the time of purchase. After 24 hours you cannot cancel a jersey order as it has already been sent to production. You may return an active or retired player jersey under the terms of our return policy.

Custom jerseys cannot be cancelled or returned unless damaged during production or shipping.

Production and Shipping Times

Custom jerseys are shipped directly to you from the facility and will ship separately from other items in your order.

The production time is in addition to any transit times based on your chosen shipping method. Production times are based on order volume at the production facilities and will vary based on many factors.

Shipping times are based on your location. Most jerseys ship from Pennsylvania and Arizona directly to you and shipping times for ground deliveries will reflect this.

You will receive tracking once your jersey has been completed and shipped from the vendor.

If you have opted for in store pick up, you will receive an email notification and call from team store staff that it is ready for pick up. Other items in your order may be available for in store pick up before your custom jersey.
