Sharks Pro Shop Return Policy

At the Sharks Pro Shop we want to make returns easy and hassle free.

Return Requirements:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached
  • The following Item are not returnable:
    • Clearance and Final Sale Items
    • Earrings
    • Custom Items

Return Process

  • We offer a pre-paid return shipping label for your convenience.
  • To start your return please visit our Returns Portal - You will need your order number and shipping zip code to complete the returns process.
  • Any returned products that is damaged or in unsellable condition by customer misuse, and is missing parts may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee or may not be issued a replacement or a refund based on the condition of the product.

Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable except for items that are defective or incorrect.
  • We offer size only exchanges where inventory permits. In the return process you will have the option to select an exchange if available. Exchange items are shipped within 5 days of receiving your return at our warehouse.
