Sharks Pro Shop Return Policy
At the Sharks Pro Shop we want to make returns easy and hassle free.
Return Requirements:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the order.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
- We do not accept exchanges.
- The following items are NOT refundable
- Clearance and Final Sale Items
- Earrings
- Trading card products
- The following items are NOT refundable and may request for replacement if there are damages/errors (if we find that it cannot be replaced, then return for a refund is accepted):
- Custom and Made to Order player items
Return Process
- We offer a pre-paid return shipping label for your convenience.
- To start your return please visit our Returns Portal - You will need your order number and shipping zip code to complete the returns process.
- Any returned products that is damaged or in unsellable condition by customer misuse, and is missing parts may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee or may not be issued a replacement or a refund based on the condition of the product.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable except for items that are defective or incorrect. Refunds typically take 3-10 business days to credit back once issued depending on your bank institution.
